Recipe | Turkish Bread w/ Kebab (Simple & Easy Hamburgers!)

This right here is my favorite meal ever ever ever. It’s my dad recipe and I literally want to eat it everyday. I finally had the change to show u guys this recipe. It’s amazing.

The grocery list for Kofta Kebab or Hamburgers with turkish bread

- Grounded Pork or Beef

- Chicken Bouillon Powder

- Paprika Powder ( we used the red version)

- Onion & Garlic

- Salt & Pepper

- Any type of oil ( we used vegetable oil)

- Turkish bread

- Salad Ingredients : cucumber, tomato, lettuce

- Egg

- Slice of bread

Kitchen Tools

- Bowl

- Knife

- Grill plate

- Food mixer

To spice up the grounded pork  you will need paprika powder, black pepper, salt and a bit of chicken bouillon powder. Add as many spices as you like. We used about 1 kilogram of grounded pork.

Chop or use the food mixer to mash the garlic and the onion into little pieces.

This is how it should look like.

Why do we add breadcrumbs? We add them because we want the meat to stick together and not fall apart. It’s kinda like a glue for meat.

We used the egg for the same thing as the breadcrumbs.

Mix the breadcrumbs, spices, 1 egg, union and garlic together with the grounded pork.

Roll it into a ball like this. Add some vegetable oil while you are rolling it so when you are goin to bake it will  not stick to the pan.

Flatten it with your hands and put it on the grill plate.

We grilled it for about 5 minutes. This is how it should look like when its done.

My Dad made some delicious salad with tomato, cucumber, lettuce and a hint of salt just to add a little bit more flavor.

We used turkish bread named Kofta. It’s extremely yummy and lovely with the self made hamburgers.

Cut the turkish bread into a triangle and choose a  sauce you like. I love chilly sauce, it’s just amazing.

Add the salad, the hamburgers onto the bread and yay you’re done! Enjoy your meal. - XO CHARESA

 

My bucket list

I thought it would be fun to share my bucket list. This are the things I really want to do before I die one day. I hope I can do them all! I think everybody have to make a bucket list.. It’s really fun to make and I know now what I want to do with my live.

Run a marathon
I think it would be so cool to run a marathon. It gets you really motivated to train a lot and be sportive. And it’s fun to tell to your kids that you ran a marathon in your life. It don’t need to be a long marathon, 5 km is enough. I think I’m going to run the color run next year, it’s such a cool idea to make running ‘fun’ with paint.

Visit Moscow
When I saw Moscow on the television I immediately wanted to go there. It was so pretty, all that buildings. I know I’m going to Moscow one day, I have to.

Get a tattoo
I know I want a tattoo, I want one that says something about me/my life. I think tattoos are really cool and can have such a lovely meaning. I only don’t know what kind of tattoo I want, I only know I don’t want a big tattoo. It has to be small with a beautiful meaning behind it.

Get a dog
I love doggiess, they are so cute and soft. I really want a dog, but my parents don’t want one So I’m going to buy one when I’m older. Then you can go to the beach with your dog or to the forest, just walking in the nature. I think I want a pug… I’m not sure though.

Buy a designer bag
A Céline bag is so nice, you can pair it with basically everything. I’m craving for a Céline bag I would be so happy when I can buy one from my own money. Of course I want more designer bags, but I need a Céline bag!

Move to somewhere in the USA
It’s my dream to live somewhere in the USA. LA or NY would be cool, but I don’t really care where I live.. I just want to live somewhere in the USA. And then buy a cool apartment and live there with Charesa. Then going to the beach, eating dinner, watching movies, working on our blog, having a dog and of course shopping. I really hope that this dream comes true.

Get more piercings in my ears
Earlier I hated all that piercings in an ear, but right now I love it. I only have one lobe ear piercing and I want a lot more ear piercings.. But I’m afraid that it will hurt. When I’m older and I still want more piercings then I’m going to take a helix I think.

Visit a fashion show
If I ever can visit a fashion show, I’ll never forget that moment. It would be so nice to visit a show from Chanel or Dior or Chloé etc. I would make hundred of pictures and be so happy ♥♥

Learn how to surf
When I see somebody surfing I’m so jealous, I think it’s so fun. You can be alone with your surfboard an you are not dependent on someone else. You have your own freedom and you can do what you want. I really want to learn it, or just do it one day and maybe I’ll like it that I want to learn it.

Get kids
I want to have a big family with a lot of kids. I want 4 or 5 kids.. It’s a lot, but it seems fun to me. Than you can do so much fun things with your family, going to the zoo etc.

Become a fashion designer
The best job in the world. The big goal of my life is to become a fashion designer. Just be for hours in your office and design clothing. I don’t know if this comes true.. But I’m hoping, I really hope to become a fashion designer.

This was my bucket list The most things I know that it will come true, but from some I don’t know yet.. The only thing that I can do is wish that it comes true and work hard!

Jean Paul Gaultier exhibition

Hello guys!

Last week I’ve been to the Jean Paul Gaultier exhibition. The exhibition was in Rotterdam, in the ‘Kunsthal’. I was really excited because I never go to exhibitions and I didn’t know what to expect. I really like fashion, so I thought it would be cool to go and get inspirate when I see all the cool items. And I had to go because my grandparents won the tickets and gave them to me :p

Here are a few pictures of some creations:

I love the color of this dress, and all the details. It’s so fancy.

I don’t really know why I took a picture of this hat.. But it can look really chic with a trouser and a blazer and it of course reminds me of Russia..

This skull is so glamorous. OMG. Genius, I want this skull on a leather jacket ♥

The back of this dress is so creative. I want a dress like this to hang up in my room, I just have no words for this dress.. Just amazing.These pants are soooooooooooo high waisted. It’s a pants for Rihanna, I already see her wearing this. Or I also want to wear it, they can donate it to me.. Feathers in clothing is the best thing. This feather dress is so cute for a night out.This is kinda cool, but idk what to think about it.. I like it but it’s a little bit weird .. But it’s art, really cool art.

My thoughts about the exhibition:
It was really busy at the exhibition. I expected nobody there because I thought nobody would go to a exhibition, but there are people going to exhibitions It was really cool though. There were some really cool creations from Jean Paul Gaultier. Some designs I didn’t really understand and I thought they were not that beautiful, but most of the designs were so beautiful and I wish I could make them. I wish that.. The items looks ‘easy’ to make, I thought he makes such a design in one day.. I was kinda shocked when I saw that he puts 350 hours in one dress. 350 hours!!! That are more then 14 days, 14 days 24/7.. That approves that you have to be a really hard worker to become a famous fashion designer, it’s not that easy as some people think it is. But I was talking about the exhibition.. The exhibition was in one word: AMAZING. And I think it was a wonderful experience, I think I would never forget this exhibition.

We all know it: the summer is slowly coming. And I can’t wait!!! OH EM GEE, I’m so excited for the summer.. I don’t know why I’m so excited, I think because I always find super cute summer clothing and can’t wait to wear it. Winter clothing is a lot harder to find. Tumblr also makes me excited for summer, there are so much cute ‘summer’ photos on tumblr. I want to eat popsicles, wear shorts and bikinis, read books in the sun and go on summer vacation of course! After we saw the video, we looked at each other, and the first we said was this is such an amazing concept. The AMFI (AMSTERDAM FASHION INSTITUTE) is the school for young people who want to become a fashion designer and break through. You have three fields: Design, Branding and Management. iNDiViDUALS is a platform where the three fields are working together to make a new collection.

Twice a year the AMFI adds a new generation of students to their platform. Each season their collection is showed on a big event like FASHION WEEK and then they produce and sell it only in selected store in the Netherlands.

The video is truly inspiring. It shows the development of an iNDiViDUALS-collection made by students. All the students are there with the same dream. They are so motivated to reach there goal. You see all these people working so hard on their project, making it as perfect as possible for the final show.

For more information about the iNDiViDUALS please watch the video. It is not only inspiring, this video is amazing for showing how the fashion industry works and how hard fashion designers have to work to succeed. It’s beautiful to see that people are working so hard to make their dreams come true. We also want to work in the fashion world and this video motivates to work hard to fulfill our dreams.

My Mom bought me this guess watch while she was at the airport. It is so pretty, I can’t wait to wear it !

I’m so sorry for the people who are on a diet but I had to post this picture lol. Mac Donalds is basically my life. Ok, I’m just kidding but I tried the Mc Chicken Saté for the first time and o-m-g it was so good !!

I saw this amazing combination on Tumblr from a girl who painted her nails matte black. It was so pretty that j had to reacreate it. I actually used a very veryyyy dark blue nail polish by elf valled Midnight and for the matte top coat the one from essence. And if youre wondering its the iPhone 5

I had kickboxing class that day and me and my friend were talking about the coconut milkshake from macdonalds. Without even thinking about it we went from the gym straight to the mac donalds. It was so much fun lol !

I was so so soooo excited when this came in the mail! I ordered demi wispies because they are the best lashes out there and they looked so good soo why not ? I also bought the eyelure lash fix with it. I am so happy and the lashes look amazing. Can’t wait to wear them.

Every girl takes a picture when they are at starbucks right?! Whos with me haha. Yeah, all my friends were gone so I was bored and because I was super bored i decided to take myself to starbucks. It was actually so good drinking that vanilla latte all by myself.

A new video is coming very very soon ! Only the bad part is that I was trying to upload this the other day but imovie wouldnt let me ugh.

Omg, I guess I bought tooo much these couple of weeks but hey, enjoy life lol. I recently ordered 4 buddha balms and I am already obsessed with them! I tried the Lychee one and oh my god this stuff is amaze. I was so happy when this package came in the mail ^_^. I heard so many people talking about this sleek blush in Rose Gold. Some said that this was an perfect dupe for Nars Orgasm. Why not try it myself? It’s so gorge wow. Can’t wait to try it. I have my perfect everyday makeup routine already. Demi Wispies for the eyes, maybelline sweet pink lip liner for the lips + buddha balm & Rose Gold for the cheeks. Perfect.

The weather is doing amazing to be honest. We did some shopping on Saterday and after that we sat down on a terrace. We drank something, it was a lot of fun

Baby sis made some muffins and i ate it with fresh strawberries yum!!!

Saterday was so good, we shopped, sat down at a terrace and after that my mom and dad made a delicc dinner!

UGH, my lunch was soooo good on sunday. We ate at this super nice restraurant ‘De Markt’. I ordered grilled chicken salad and a coke. Best thing ever. After that i did some MAJOR shopping. A HAUL will be up soon.

Zara is my absoulte favorite store ever ever eveeeer. I saw these shoes and this necklace. I felt in love, I wanted to buy the shoes but they werent as comfortable as I thought..
